We use 10% human grade Beef offal which includes Liver, Kidneys and Lamb Heart. We use beef offal due to the high amount of vitamins and minerals contained in it which include, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Vitamin A, B6, B12, D, E and C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Selenium and Biotin.
